In addition to their architectural projects, 1:1 also designs furniture and accessories. Eduardo Sainz, the project manager and architect, is the founder of the studio. He graduated in Architecture and Urbanism and holds a Masters in Technology, Administration, and Management. He has won international awards for his work, including the Red Dot Design Awards. With a background in the field from a young age, Eduardo brings a creative perspective to the studio, drawing inspiration from music, films, and theoretical references. He is a lover of blues, wines, and Pedro Almodovar films, and is responsible for the initial sketches and concepts of each project.

Lilian Glayna, also a project manager and architect, is the co-founder of the studio. She graduated in Architecture and Urbanism and holds an MBA in project management. She also has a Master’s degree in Interior Design from the European Institute of Design in Barcelona. Lilian is known for her focus, organization, and attention to detail. She takes care of the functional aspects, indoor design, and lighting of each project, as well as handling the administrative, financial, and procurement aspects. She is a university professor, wears glasses, and has a passion for food and dance.
